Wiro Binding Service
Wiro Binding is also known as Twin Loop, Double-Loop, Double-O, Duo-Wire, or simply Wire Binding. While it is almost similar to Spiral binding, the twin looks and black metal gives it a distinctive look. It is more sophisticated in appearance and helps create very impressive bound documents. It is most commonly used in Reports, Manuals, Calendars and some times, Catalogues also.
In this method, a durable metal (dual) coil is inserted a machine through small square holes punched along the spinal edge of the book's cover and pages. The twin coil is pre-formed pairs of wire loops that run along a C-shaped unit. Once inserted through the holes, the coil along with the pages is pressed to get a complete circular form of so as to allow pages to remain in place.
It can hold upto 100 sheets.
